I lived next door to Maria on Noble Avenue and I was in her bridal party. So sorry to here that Mike, Ray and Rosa have passed on.

I met Maria in 2000 when I started with CBIZ. She was a great lady. Always warm and always giving. She will forever be missed. To the family, please accept our sincere symphathy.
~ Maritza Gonzalez - April 18, 2012
You always made me feel like one of your family. I was alway so greatful for the way you treated all of us. You will be missed.
~ Clente Bevitori - April 17, 2012
I know Maria was my HR wonderwoman, but I thought more of her as a friend. Five years in a row she and I would walk downtown to go to ash Wed. at St James. Five years in a row she would roll up money and contribute to every cup we came across. The day that I was laid off she cried for me, what I did not know at the time was she was also being laid off, and she knew it.
I wish the family comfort and peace.

I remember walking home occasionally with Evie & friends from Liberty and all ending up at the Figueroa house. Mrs. Figueroa always had a smile and sharp wit ready for us. It was wonderful going there. You could absolutely *feel* the love in the house. That centered on the family matriarch and her incredible wisdom and love.
She will never be forgotten. Not even by long lost friends of her children.

To Ms Rodler's family.
May you find peace with the passing of your mom. May the good Lord bless you and keep you in his hands. Your mom is flying around heaven with her new set of wings greeting those coming to the gates. She will forever be in your hearts. Peace be with you.
~ Elizabeth Lanza - April 16, 2012
My deepest sympathies go out to the family. I haven't see Marie in many, many years. But, I know the light and joy and happiness she brought to everyone. She was one of those people who always made you feel so comfortable and like she had been your best friend forever. I know she will be missed, but heaven now has a very special angel!
Love,
Kelli Sibbitt

There are no words I can share to express how truly special she was. We will always treasure the memory of our first meeting on the way to our California Big Trees camping adventure. A fond farewell hug from Jennifer and a California hello from Tom!

We will always remember her for the beautiful and spirited woman she was. She is in Heaven now and rejoicing with the Lord and all her loved ones who've gone before her. She raised wonderful children. Was a loving wife and grandmother. Our hearts and love go out to her family who are mourning the loss of this magnificent lady. We pray you all can find comfort in your memories and the love and support from family and friends. RIP Maria!

To our beautiful loving Mother. Words cannot express the sadness and emptiness in our hearts. We know that your suffering has ended and that you are having a party in heaven with Grandpa, Grandma, Rosa, Ray and Mikey dancing and laughing the way life should be. You are the light in our days and the voice of comfort. We will miss you dearly. The memories we have of you will help to guide us through each and every day. We love you very much. May you Rest in Peace. Love, Dieter, Lisa, Jordan and Austin

May God bless you Titi Marie....we will miss your beautiful smile and the constant rolling of your eyes at Uncle Mike's bad jokes. We will also remember those silly hats he got you when you were in the hospital.....your sense of humor and continous smile during that difficult time was a wonderful lesson for us all. We love you!

Aunt Mary we will miss your smiling face as we walk into your home. No matter what, you would stop what you were doing and gave us all hugs. You always had a bottle of Coquito for me during Christmas, this year I will make sure I look up in the sky and think of you.
We know you are no longer suffering and especially keeping Rosa company. We love you and will miss you dearly.

I shared with my family on Easter Sunday how mom would tell us to lick the colored Robin Eggs and use them as lipstick. Bag of Robin Eggs in hand I took out the blue one; licked it and proceeded to color my lips blue. As I walked around the hospital my sister and I bumped into each-other and we started to laugh. She said "we did that as kids". I walked into mom's room with tears in my eyes showed my brother my lips, he laughed and we hugged then I walked over to mom and kissed her on the forehead.
~ Evie Sterner - April 12, 2012
I will always have fond memories of Maria when I was a child. Hearing her laugh always brought joy to my heart. Although it's been many years since we've seen one another, she will be missed. Rest In Peace with The Lord.

Although we have not seen Mary for a number of years, my wife Jenny and I share many fond memories with Mary and Mike. She is in a better place now with no suffering.

Maria was an amazing, caring and giving soul. Our practice fell in love with her and her husband the very first time they came into our office.
Dr. Salinas and I had the pleasure of sharing many smiles with Maria and Mike.
Maria will be missed from this earth by many.... but all of us who knew and loved her are happy she is no longer in pain and that she is with the Lord.
